- What does having a Consultant actually mean for you?
Well according to Wikipedia it means:
- A Consultant is one part of a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The Consultant may be older or younger than the person that has become that person's Client, but he or she must have a certain area of expertise.
- So here I am ready to guide you through the various roads that Frega will lead you down. I will expect you to do various procedures but this is to help you understand the process better. So yes, you may have some homework to complete.
- I have been a Frega member since it was previously known as RealStew so from around November 2013. I am also a Global Support Team member and on the team of diligent Testers.
- I have seen the changes and the growth and I have every intention of being someone to help people like you to move forward and maybe even help you to become an Accredited Frega Consultant too. Seriously, you too can become an Accredited Frega Consultant after 90 days and providing your Frega rating remains high.
- What does my role of being your Consultant cover?
- Helping you when you are unsure of what to do or where to go to next. You can send me a chat message or contact me via Fregaooms which is a direct phone link to me.
The Three C's of being a Consultant
- Role 1: Consultant. This is the most obvious role for an Accredited Frega Consultant to play. I am here to help guide you.
- Role 2: Counselor. Listen. Tell me your issues and we will try and work through them together.
- Role 3: Cheerleader. In addition to all of the constructive feedback and advice that I as your Accredited Frega Consultant can give, I will also provide support and enthusiasm.
